Pitch Calculation

Good Morning All,

I am trying to create a helical cut. But in order for me to do that I need a pitch value for Pro to calculate with. My problem is this: I know the sweep length the helix (6.0 Inch Sweep), the amount of rotation (126 degrees but not one full rotation) and the diameter. What is the calculation for the pitch?

Pitch is the length of a single revolution, so if you want a full 360 degree revoltion over 6 inches than the pitch will be 6.

For 126 degrees the pitch will be 17.14.
