We have a Windchill solution running and now want to allow access to other parts of the company in other countries. We are in the UK and can allow our German compatriots to see our installation happily. We are now trying to let our Indian colleagues do the same but when they log into PDM Link they get past the login screen only to be faced with a web page that is covered in white squares with a red cross in them and no images or java applets.
I have checked the internet explorer settings and they are using the same version of java. Anyone out there have any other ideas what is causing this?
