Override Dimenisons

TMPENG

New member
Hello,

Is there a way for Pro-E to make you aware that a dimension has been overridden on a drawing?

Thanks,
Matt

Not automatically; an overriddem dim would always be for a reason and have an explanatory note attached.

You can search for them starting in WF5 by selecting All Dimensions and searching by the type attribute.

If the dimension is overwritten with@O you can go to the info pull down window and choose switch dimensions and the overwritten dims will not change.

HI,

In detaling go to Edit..........highlight by attributes........select dimensions, owned by model

The dimensions which are overridden will not highlight, and only parametric Dimensions will highlight
