Hi everybody


What are those files that appears suddenly in my working directory and showing .osv.1 extension. ?????????


They are multiplying like rabbitts in my directory.

have you tried to open in notepad.. see what's in there..text? something compiled?


it's following the .1 format of pro....I checked some file ext sites..no listings


I'd take a look in notepad... should give you some general idea


and let's us know what you find

I have found what that rabbits multiplication means .OSV for ONE SIDED VOLUME in model analisys. Each team I perform a model analisys with this option it produces a file in working directory with this extension.


I do not know how to bypass prtoduction of theese useless file.

Beam you might try running purge and see it that will reduce it to at least the last analysis, not sure if it will but it does so with inf files as well as the prt,drw.....


If not might need towrite a little batch file ... so you don't have a herd of rabbits in there
