Nvidia GeForce go 7900

Hi!


I could buy a Toshiba Notebook (Satellite P100-237; 2Gb Ram, Intel Core Duo, and Nvidia GeForce go 7900) at a very good price.


Some friends of mine told me that the Nvidia GeForce go 7900 is realized especially for video games, and not for CAD 3D. This is true, but my question is: Wildfire 2.0 run or not with this card? Is it only a question of performance (difficult to manage large assembly....) or the wildfire 2.0 can work likewise?


Do someone use or ever used this notebook or this Nvidia card for wildfire?

My laptop at home is similar to the one you describe and I have a GeForce Go 7600 in that and seems to work just fine. Although I haven't done much with LARGE assemblies. But, if you are working with large assemblies there is alway Simplified Reps.
