Notification for model orientation change

Hi,


Is there any kind of such notification?


I mean, I need to receive some notification every time model changes is being panned or rotated or zoomed.


How dow I get it?


P.S.


There is one in SolidWorks API, but I failed to find any kind of it in CATIA API.
