For the answer of ur question...u can do that..
- U have to create symbol of similar shape with variable text inside.
- Place that symbol in dwg any where to work it in note.
- in any note , where u want to use that, write:
&sym(symbol_name), where symbol_name= name u given to symbol created in step 1.

Using the text
@[text@]
will put a box around to flag any note or it can be placed in a dimension. Here is the #2 flag in a dimension
