Multiple use models or simplified reps

Is it possible to have a master model or simplified rep that two or more people can use to make different drawings. How does this affect section view lettering. Say one guy needs sect A & B and the other needs a section A & B. Does one person need to start his section lettering with the letter C? I do not have Interlink yet.

You can use a model in as many drawings as you want. But you cannot have 2 x-sections with the same name. I would suggest one drawing use double letters (AA,BB) for it's cross sections.
