Mouse Problems

I am running PRO e student edition in virtual PC on a mac. my mouse
works with every other programme but not pro e, the middle button
doesnt work for clicking off lines etc. Is there a button on the
keyboard for it, or is there a setting i need to change.

on a mac? try changing your emulator settings. i had a friend do a similar thing with linux just to see if he could.

Until you figure out how to get the middle button working, try simultaneously pressing the both the left & right buttons. It is a little tricky but should work.

unfortunately the left and right button thing doesnt work.

does pro e have its own mouse control panel?

My mouse driver allows program specific button settings. The only program I see settings for is xtop (which is the Pro/E executable). The middle (wheel) button is set to AutoScroll(global), which is the default anyway. Don't know if that helps.
