mooving icons

Hello,


I have a problem with mooving icons. I mean when I custimize icons in various moduls (modeling, drafting etc) after some time they change positions, disappear. I know that I can use "lock toolbar position" but it's also not good solution. How to make icons stay always at the same precise positions?
