Model a rotating shaft for fatigue

Does anybody ever modelled one rotating shaft loaded withbending forces (full reversing stresses) and torsion, taking in to account keyways, press fittings, bearings, and other notches.

The bending forces will change direction with repect to the notches I assume, so I would do a worst case orientation, load it up, and run fatigue advisor.
