MIXED DIMENSIONED UNITS

Have a large layout assembly where placement of items does not have to be precise so in TOOLS/OPTIONS/DOCUMENT PROPERTIES I have set units to format "ft-in", precision = none.
BUT
On same drawing I want to detail parts using inches .123 precision.

How do I overide my document properties settings so I can show dimensions in precise inches where I want???
