At the very top of your model tree, you will see your model name, example "test.prt". Click that name. Click Edit>Mirror. In the dashboard that opens, it will be waiting a mirror plane to be chosen. Choose your mirror plane and you will be given a preview of the entire part. Click OK and you should be golden.
