I have a mapkey that does the following:

-open the start part

-save the start part as new part

-open the new part



how can I make it automatic so that the user will be required to only enter the new part name, and the new part opens automatically

Use the 'template' functionality that was added several revisions ago. The method you're describing is no longer required with these options.

You just create a new part, enter the name, and select which template you wish to use.
