map keys on ug

i want to know about mapkeys in ug(shortcutkeys)

The shortcut keys are predefined by UGS and stored in an environment file. If you look at the UG toolbar, you will see various letters have an underline. The underlined letter is the shortcut, usually a CTRL-<letter>. The shortcut for save is CTRL-S.

You have to run NX4 to do the key mapping. Previous versions do not have it.

s ur right vinnesh ,it should be there


macros r still ok ,but its not a short cut way for selection .


i am not comfortable with predefined keys ..how about u szmagd?

The steps that set up shortcutkey: Tools ---- Customize----Keyboard


There you will find "press new shortcut keys",and key your shortcut .
