Looking for ProE to Catia reference sheet

I consider myself somewhat proficient with pro/e (wildfire 4.0) and now I need to learn catia v5 for work. I am looking for some type of reference sheet that will have the pro/e tool with the catia equivalent and maybe a quick reference on the steps of how to use the tool.
