Lightworks materials and textures

survey

New member
Where do I need to store the .lwa materials and textures from Lightworks?

Do I need to change any config options?

(WF 3.0)

I can get some of them to work but the Mold Tech material/texture
always comes up with this error: "Texture assignment on subassembly not
available. Removing textures from material"

I've tried the graphiclib.

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers!

hi

create a catalogue in 'graphic library' catalogueand put there material and texture files from Loghtworks. change path in config optionpro_lwa_library_path to your newly created catalogue.

hope this helps

Hi Szymek,

When you say create a catalogue, does that also mean create a folder?

Like this=> C:\Program Files\graphiclib\graphic-library\Lightworks

Do you know how the license files are stored? Do I need to create a license.dat file for the GE plastics?

Thanks for your help.

Do exactly like you wrote about creating a folder (in my language both words'catalouge' and 'folder' mean the same, sorry for small misunderstanding).

I suppose you are talking about license for some Lightworks files. I've never been using license for Lightworks files, I don't know how it is stored. Try to read some Help aboutRenderingin WF3. There is some stuff about license for LWA files.

Cheers
