JOG IN RAD DIM

Anyone know of a way of inserting a jog into a radius dimension on WF2, and edit attachment of angluar dimension ? Both seem simple commands but cannot do any.

Create a parametric note with leader. Make the note text an ampersand (&) followed by the dimension symbol: &d##

Now you can add a jog to the leader. I use this for chamfers too. I don't know why Pro/E can not do this itself!
