If you are talking about J-Link, it can handle the export/import of several interface formats with the Wildfire release.
If you are talking about an independent viewer created with Java, I have no idea. I know it can be done, but the method is a mistery.
What are you trying to do? There may be other options. For example, if you are trying to provide shop floor viewing, Scalar Vector Graphics (SVG) may be an option. SVG is an XML format for drawings. Internet Explorer can view these drawings without any kind of external viewer. Adobe provides a converter for SVG.
