Intralink workspace error

After a new install on a new computer we are receiving a work space error message in intralink the message reads.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />


Could not launch the external application 'loadinpro". This can happen if external is not found or incorrect parameters are passed to the application 'loadinpro' application is used by Pro/Intralink to communicate with Pro/Engineer which must already be running.


Pro-E is running when this error message shows up.


Any help with this will be appreciated

What Intralink vwersion?
Do you start ProE from Intralink menu?
32 or 64 bit windows OS and ProE?
Have you try a reboot?
If rebooet do not help..
Look like the connection between Intralink and Proe are
wrong installed.
