Intralink Setup

A quick question:

I installed intralink today, and I was wondering... We previously
had a project to build a unit (PN: 13120). Six months later, we
have a project to build the next higher assembly. If I setup my
top folder level as the highest assembly, would I be able to, at a
later date, completely consolidate that folder into another folder
(when it ceases to be the highest level that we work on)?

Thanks,

Matt

If I anderstand you correctly you want the folder structure in Intralink to reflect the hierarchy of your ProE assemblies. If you haven't got the structure at place from the beginning you will have to create a new folder with the same name in the top folder and move your files and then delete the original folder.

Sounds good, I just wanted to make sure that if I needed to move a
folder in that manner it would be possible. After looking at the
folder structure utilities last night, this seems to be pretty
easy. I suppose that it would need to be somewhat simple for me
to be able to use it, heh.

Thanks
