In assembly: "shell is too thin" error

Good after noon to every one.
There is a leader that appears on an assembly I made, which reads "Feature aborted. shell is too thin". There are a lot of members which are thin walled square tubes in this assembly. For the shell feature to work I had to lower the accuracy of pro-e to .0001 -the smallest possible-. When I open the component the leader points to, it does not fail. There are components like this a lot longer than this one which are shelled too and there is no leader to them. I included the image to illustrate.
Does any one have an idea of what is happening?
Regards.

Sounds like an accuracy problem. You can set smaller accuracy with accuracy_lower_bound. It can go to 1E-06. I would look if some feature is causing even smaller edge in assembly.
