Importing data from Pro. E igs file

I am trying to save CAD drawing into text file so it would be saved as (x,y,z) coordinate~ and plot those points to LabView


those points were saved in scientific format such that


3D2 is 3 *10^2=300
8D3 is 8 *10^3=8000


but how can I change the notation from 3D2 to 3E2
that excel and mathscript will not read 3D2 as 300 yet they read 3E2 as 300...


hence I need some kind of convertion for that
