Import NURBS SPLINE from pcdmis into Pro/E

Hello all,

I'm learning pcdmis CMM software. I am currently reverse-engineering an intake port that has been hand-ported. Can anyone share the best methods for importing the Spline curves generated by pcdmis into Pro/E to be used for generating surfaces? I've used Mastercam with some success, I would now like to try to do it in Pro/E.

Thanks

I am guessing you would have to export it as IGES or STP. Bring it into Pro/E and model utilizing the imported geometry. I cannot talk about Wildfire, but up to 2001, most CAD models from other systems had to be imported as one feature and built upon to get the Pro/E model.
