Ilink 3.2 execute with 3.4 license fails

Hi all,


I could not run Intralink 3.2 with a new license file that is for Intralink 3.4...


basically we had purchased new licenses meant for 3.4 , but hav enot migrated from 3.2 to 3.4...(we want to skip 3.3)...


Please throw some light on it.

My first guess is that the new license file is in PTC's simplified format which came out with 3.3 and Wildfire. The license manager used by 3.2 wants the file formatted differently. See if PTC license management teram can get you a new license that will work.
