How to use Bend Solid & toroidal Bend

hi all, I want to bend a metal plate at one of the corners at 90 degrees. Does anyone has a clue on how i can do that? How do i use the command bend solid and toroidal bend? Does anyone have a useful tutorial on the two commands? Please Help.
