how to import dxf

why when i import dxf files i am out by a factor of 25.4?



how do i set the default to be metric? for parts asemblies and drawings



even importing dxf

When you start working on new part, uncheck use default template

You will have to create a drawing setup.dtl for metric and load the metric settings (setup_mm.dtl) for DXF import before importing the DXF.

how do that donha ?



what i am doing is

file -> open -> all file types -> click on my dxf file

then it asks me if i want to import it as

sketch or model

there is no option for unit type.
