How to fill 3D cuts by using Surfaces

Please help me to generate Parting lines for these Holes ..I Used Boudries But it generated straight surface .I would like to generate Surface in the same radius of cuts to filll them in 3D with out using Datum Planes .B/c datum planes produce straight sufaces


Please guide me
