how to export component geom file

hi,


I hava a part file, such as an open cylinder object ,the open cylinder have a feature named surface,which is the mid surface of the open cylinder, now, i want to export the mid surface to geometry file in step format or iges format, how could I do? I know how to export all model geometry file, but I don't know how to export selected component.

You have posted the question in a wrong forum.would be great if you could post it in data translation.


You have the option to select the quilt in the save a copy as IGES.Click on the quilt and select the quilts you want to export.
