How to design a exhaust manifold?

When you say "collectors" do you mean exhaust headers? Collectors are just one part of headers. Collectors are where multiple header tubes gather and go into one larger outlet tube.

Are you actually going to build this or just drawing?

If it's an actual build is this going to be mandrel bends or sand bends? If mandrel bends then all the radiuses are fixed sizes, if sand (heat) bends you can have different radiuses.

Start with this.

photos of similar headers, it's always easier to see something that's been built before designing something new.

measurements/location of heads and exhaust ports.

measurement/locations of all possible items close by that may have conflicting locations to planned headers.

measurement/locations of planned collectors.

draw the exhaust port flanges and the collectors first, then go from either end to the other

draw the lower tubes first, make sure to design enough clearance to valve covers etc so you don't overheat things.

you'll probably be using a lot of Swept Boss/Base.
