how to create a detailed sectional view

hi!

i am working as a design and development engineer

and want to know about method for creating detailed sectional view ,i don't want to go by creating datum plane as i require only sectinal view of only small region rather than whole plane.

You still need to use a whole datum plane to create the section. The AMOUNT you show of that section can be determined by a LOCAL cross section. So pick Local instead of FULL in the section menu when adding a view. You can then sketch a closed spline and everything inside the spline will be seen in section while the rest is in normal view.
