how to change from decimal units to fraction units

I know this is probably very easy, but I cannot remember how to convert or change from decimal units to fraction units within a drawing.
 
There are couple of ways.

1. Modify > Dimension > Properties > Under format select Fractional.



2. Modify > DimCosmetics > Format > Fraction
