Hello, I have Pro Engineer wildfire 4.0 and was wondering if any one knew how to allign two components together. Where do you find the button/tools to do this.
The constraints dialog is part of the dashboard. When you insert a component you should see some drop down lists and some tabs. All of the constraints and the sets to which they belong are listed in the placement tab.
Under the placement tab you can disable a constraint set and create a new one with new constraints, disable constraints within a set an create new ones, and modify the constraint type and offset. Be aware that the changes you make to one constraint may cause the status of the constraints to become invalid.
