Hoses Routing in Generative Shape Design

I am new to using Catia & a lot of my work involves routing Flexible hoses & pipes through assemblies, avoiding clashes with other parts(automotive hoses).


Currently I create coordinate points & draw a poly line connecting them all. and then I route the hoses by modifing the coordinates of each point(trial & error), but this I feel is an inefficient & time consuming process. Is there any other option on catia that would help me easily modify hose paths easily.
