Hole patterns?

Hi all,
I'm relatively new to SW and have a design question.
I have a design with a linear pattern of holes. My client has asked if it possible to make the same part, but with 3 of the existing holes to a different diameter than the others.

When I did the original design I simply made one hole and then patterned it. I can go back and modify the pattern and such, but would rather avoid the extra work.

My question is if there is a way to modify individual members of a pattern?

I'm using SW2007.

you could cut or extrude the extra material on just the 3 holes to change their diameter.

I am not sure of a way to do what you want as it seems that pattern is inherently made to copy exactly the feature selected.
