I also tried this one,this profile is having multiple bend shape thats y it is not getting unbend,Basically if u want to unbend ,u should create straight profile or per side should be have one bend its not multiple bend.
Couple of hints:
1. Bottom flat surface consists of two disconnected patches, separate them by copy -> paste with contours exclusion technique
2. Use absolute accuracy in sheet metal
