Is it possible to change the model grid properties & wheather

these gridlines can be used for dimensioning ?, Because these can not be snaped while dimensioning,,, please let know the solution.

i hope that the grids cant be used for dimesioning but there is a way to change the grid spacing.

you could also dimension off the border of your drawing. why would you ever want to dimension off the grid?

Your question is confusing. The sketcher has a grid, there are model grids and drawing grids. To change a model grid, choose View/Model Grid. To change a drawing grid, choose View/Drawing Grid. I have no idea what a model grid is used for. Looks like balloons.
