From Autodesk Inventor to NX 4.0

Hay I was wondering if there's a tool that can open Inventor files in NX4.0 with no need to covert the file.

Hope any one can help
 
now is 2007.04.13


to long time


I can do it ,but do not with any tool ,


just opened with IGES*igs format
