Form feature failure

I am going crazy trying to create a form feature. I have done it a few times before, but absolutely cannot get it to work right now. I have COACH and have done their tutorial and it works fine, then i take the same coach form, and try to punch my part and I get a failure. Then I take my form and try to punch their part and I get a failure. The other thing I thought you could get wrong was the side, but it fails no matter if I flip it or not. What could I be doing wrong????

EDIT: I am going crazy. I just did the tutorial on proengineertips.com and it worked perfectly. Then I use my form on their part, and it doesn't work! What is going on! Someone help me!

Should have read more deeply in the Pro/E help. Saw that my form needed to have radii bigger than my thickness. Works fine now. Sorry.
