form (die/punch)

Hallo everybody..


it is a few day i am going crazy trying to create a form in an almost flat sheetmetal part. Even following tutorials (in this website - that are well done), i have mistakes.


I have an italian error message so i do not think it is useful to post it...anyway I would like to know if the LIMIT PLANE (die)has any requirequirement - for ex. if i round that corner...the feauture got wrong.


If anyone could help me, or give me any more detailed tutorial...

Try to change the round radius either decrease or increase it.
