Flange wall on a flange wall

Hello, this is pretty much my first time using the sheetmetal application. I have a box consisting of the first wall, then 1 flange wall feature to create the 4 sides of the box:

Now, I'd like to create a 0.5" lip around the front edge of the box with corner relief, but can't seem to figure out how to do that. What would be the best way to accomplish this? Should I have created the 4 walls a different way? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just a change in the modeling sequence...
Start with a solid....Use the sweep command with inner
faces to create the shape of the panel. Use shell to
give it a thickness.
Now applications--> sheetmetal... sheetmetal
conversion... select edges to rip... rip connect...
bends... etc...
Your control box is done. ref. below pic.
