Good Day!
As a contract engineer I've recently begun work on a project where I'm required to work within a project directory with other assemblies/sub assemblies. Since working in this directory my file sizes have grown out of control!! For example:
Using WF3 I created two identical drawings; test001and test002 as follows:
<ul>[*]A part file was created using the
PTC default part file.[*]A feature was
create.[*]A drawing was created for that part
using an empty A size.[*]A drawing view was created of the
part.[*]A PTC system A size format was
applied.[/list]
test001 was
created in a Non Project directory and its file size is: 116 KBtest002 was created in a
Project directory and its file size is: 2,528 KB
What could possibly be associated with this project directory and its assemblies to account for this increase in file size? Thanks,
Jeff
