Feature missing in Model Tree.

I'm currently working on a part with a rather large number of features because of patterns and such, and suddenly, any new created features don't show up in the model tree. Is there a limitation to the number of features? The part has around 3500 features or so and it stopped showing features at 3450. It all started when I inserted a UDF that creates a feature and it's group doesn't show up in the Model Tree. I'm using 2001 and any help would be appreciated since I still have a large number of features to create/insert.

What kind of part? Do you mean what am I designing?

Fixed it by deleting missing features, closing and erasing file and starting over. Odd.
