Family Table help

I have a drawing that I would like to put in Pro/E as a surface.
This is a cut that is done on all of our body components. The issue
is that the 1" and 1-1/2" sizes have a slightly different profile.
What would be the best way to go about creating the model/family
table for this?

you can put each feature in the family table then just say 'yes' and 'no' for the instances that are different.

you can put both features on the generic model. Then put each one in the family table, then just check the box or type in the box yes or no to show which instance gets the feature that you have placed in the model.

I am not sure that I can do that. If you look closely,
you will see the 2-12" has the 45degree angle coming off
of a radius, where the 1 & 1-1/2" only have a radius.
There is an extra line in the 2"-12" that isn't in the
other.

Just put all the cuts you need to make both parts, it might take 3 features. Put them in the table and select which ones you need. I think it should work

I got it! I created two revolves in the generic part, and within the family table, I told it which
revolve to use. Thanks garymig for the help and pointing me in the right direction.
