Exporting ProE vault

Is there a way to export full ProE vault on to a local drive at once. I know I can go to common space & export every directory to a common directory in my workspace. From there I can export to external hard drive. This would take a lot of time considering I have to go through every directory in a common space.

Instead of going through every folder in commonspace, you could just do a search for the latest version of every item using Pro/LOCATE - then check them all out together?
