edrawings

Does anyone know if there is something else available other than edrawings for publishing models for folks that do not have CAD systems. I am experiencing poor performance with edrawings.

Adobe PDF's now support 3D. Files size is humongous.

I'm using abobe 7.0. I've tried saving a copy of the model as and abobe ud3 pdf. This works, but there is no model tree, and it's very cumbersome to rotate the model. Is there a better way to use adobe?

The edrawings files are large as well.

They have made a lot of changes to the 3D in Adobe 9. You get an assembly model tree, not a part model tree. You can download a 30 day free trial.
