DXF export problem

Hello to all.
when i export a drawing to dxf or dwg format and then open
it in Autocad the titleblocks don

I am Lois from China. I think your AUTOCAD is an old version so the drawing edited in new version of CAD comes, you can't open it, you can try to download a new version.

but i don't think that's the problem because in some cases
i can see the titleblocks and in others no.
The Autocad version is 2004 and ProE's version is
WildFire4.

The soluction was so simple.
I just need to export under Autocad 2000 version.
