drawing text orientation

how do i make the text on a vertical dimension be written vertically.. ie rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise



horizontal dimension appear on the horizon...

Try setting the text_orientation option in the .dtl file to iso_parallel_diam_horiz



That's what mine's set to and the dimensions all point the right way! If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll rack my brains a bit more.
