Can we draft only one half of cylinder? that is what my requirement is. thanks for the help.

make half cylinder(semi-circle extruded) and draft it then create the other half cylinder to complete your desired part.

Create the draft as split at sketch, one half will have 0 degrees draft. This does create a mismatch between the parts. Otherwise create a protrusion as a blend around 4 sketching planes to have matching surfaces.

thanks donha, i tried ur option of split at skt it worked in few places. I actually want to draft a round which i have created on an edge of a rectangle block thats all I want to do but it is getting resolve. i tried ur idea but still i couldn't get it. thanks for replying.

You need to put the round in last. Drafts before rounds is a basic rule of thumb.

Can you post a picture of what you are trying to do? you can create a draft split using a datum curve as the driver, then pick on side and a ref plane, this will split your part only on one side of the cylinder.
