Hi everyone,
I'm a novice with ProE and I'm a little confused about what a draft angle check checks and how to interpret the results from carrying out one.
I have created a mold for my part then when carrying out a draft check, what am I checking for? Is that the draft I have specified on my model is the same as the mold so that it will eject? If that is the case and all the colours are less than the draft angle of the part why is the top and bottom face of the mold magenta? (using Wildfire 4)
According to the chart the draft angle is too great but wouldn't that be the case for all molds and, more importantly, does it matter if it's on top of the mold?
I know there are many questions here but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
